Corned Tuna Giniling

Finally, I food recipe post!

Since I have been following Jenny Epperson's blog and reading her posts about how she use Century Tuna for her Meatless Fridays category, I have been hoping I can follow one of her recipes. Unfortunately, I have not done so still.. I, instead made my own! =) feelers! and I am not a Century Tuna fun nowadays. Pura na eh. San Marino Corned Tuna na po kami ngayon...

Anyways, here is my own version of Meatless Giniling - tadannn.. The Corned Tuna Giniling!


You'll need:
San Marino Corned Tuna (the non Spicy one)
Tip: Use less oil during the saute since the Corned Tuna itself has oil.

From L-R: Basil, Onion, Garlic, Potato and Carrots

You'll Do:
Step 1: Sauté garlic and onion, after a minute, add the diced veggies.
Step 2: Let the veggies cook, 3-5 minutes is enough to cook them.
Step 3: Add the San Marino Corned Tuna. 
Step 4: Add the Basil and Salt and Pepper to taste.
